LANSING (September 11, 2020) – The NFIB Michigan Political Action Committee gave Kendra Cleary’s campaign a boost today by endorsing her election to the state House. Cleary is running in the 40th House District.
“After a careful review we have found that Cleary has a keen understanding of the problems facing family businesses and their employees,” said Charles Owens, State Director of NFIB in Michigan. “We wish Kendra all success in the upcoming election and we look forward to working with her in the Michigan legislature.”
Owens said the endorsements were made by the NFIB MI PAC based on surveys and interviews with the candidates.
“These endorsements have an impact because small-business owners and their employees vote in high numbers and are known for actively recruiting friends, family members, and acquaintances to go to the polls,” said Owens. “NFIB will encourage its members to help turn out the small-business vote for endorsed candidates this November.
